Q: Do you accept exchanges?

A: Yes we do accept exchanges within a week if you feel the size does not fit you. We will exchange for a different size if we have the size in stock and you must pay shipping.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Please allow 1-3 weeks, sometimes we get a little busy and the order doesn't get dispatched for a few days and we have to make your order, in most cases we dispatch your order within a few days and it is only a matter of time for it to be delivered!

Q: I pre-orderd an item, when will I receive it?

A: Please allow 1-2 Weeks extra on top of normal delivery times.

Q: Can I contact you for a sponsorship or collaboration?

A: Yes! Just send us your Instagram handle and or email us your portfolio and we wil keep in contact, but keep in mind we do not always accept everyone and our items are made in limited quantity for the customers sake.

Q: How can I contact you?

A: We respond to every social media DM and email to the best that we can!

Q: Where is my tracking information?

A: We do not provide tracking information unless requested. In most cases shipping is fairly quick, however send us an email with your name, email and/or order number if you would like to keep track.
